Documentary "Noma: My Perfect Storm" Premieres at DOC NYC This Sunday

The feature-length documentary Noma: My Perfect Storm will be premiering at DOC NYC (IFC Center) this Sunday, November 15, nearly a month before it hits On Demand, iTunes, and theaters on December 18.
Noma: My Perfect Storm follows around the celebrated chef René Redzepi, who co-owns the Copenhagen-based restaurant, Noma. Voted the Best Restaurant in the World in 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2014, Noma found prominence for its reinvention of Danish cuisine, and for Redzepi spearheading his unique approach to "foraging," which involves sourcing all ingredients from various regions around Scandinavia. For years, Noma has been must-see destination for travelers craving a truly one-of-a-kind Nordic meal.
