One of the best shows in Palm Springs makes its debut at the Hard Rock Hotel.

Earlier this month, the rock musical Top Rock opened in Palm Springs at the Hard Rock Hotel, and has proved itself a must-see spectacle for visitors to the desert resort city. A troupe of more than a dozen world-class entertainers like Derek Ferguson (True Blood, Smash), Leo Gallo (The Voice) Victor Turpin (Happily Divorced), Cassie Simone, Brandon Alameda, Tawny Dolley, David T. Morris, Taylor Leigh Edwards, Dani Armstrong, and more sing, dance, show some skin, and rock out to some of the greatest songs from the 70s to now.

Hits by The Eagles, The Rolling Stones, Stevie Nicks, The Beatles, Carole King, Aerosmith, and The Killers are made all the more electric by these talented performers, as well as a visual feast of costumes and special effects like a stellar lighting system, fog, and wind machines. As an "interactive rock concert," the audience is truly immersed in the experience, as they are encouraged to sing and cheer along with the cast who moves around the room to engage with viewers during different sets.

The Hard Rock Hotel, which is filled with memorablia from rock history, is also the perfect venue for Top Rock. On opening night, many of the performers stayed to mingle with audience members, many of whom progressed to the lobby bar for a night cap and a final dance, as the hotel transforms into a popular evening venue for increasingly youthful Palm Springs.

Top Rock takes place Friday and Saturday evenings at the Hard Rock Hotel until September 20. Find tickets here. And check out photos from the opening night performance on the following pages.
