This Just Out: Ascension Party Moves to Asbury Park

Ascension, the annual music and dance party weekend that has taken place each August since 2006, will move to Asbury Park, New Jersey this year. Revelers from across the globe are expected to flock to the Jersey Shore faster than Snooki to a cocktail during the weekend of August 4 - 6. Organized as a charity event, Ascension donates 100% of its net proceeds to LGBTQ causes, with over one million dollars given to more than 40 different organizations to date.​

Ascension originally launched in the Fire Island Pines, where it remained until 2014 before moving to Mykonos. This year heralds its return stateside.
