Australians welcome a bit more luxury into their lives.

Entrance

Last Friday, Sydney-based Australians welcomed a little bit more luxury into their lives. The French label Louis Vuitton opened its third store in the city, this one on famed George Street. The three story behemoth was received by a slew of Aussie celebs, including supermodel Miranda Kerr and a dreamy Cate Blanchett wearing an alabaster dress from the spring 2012 collection by designer and LV creative director Marc Jacobs. In addition to offering its signature leather goods, the store includes both a men's and women's "universe," featuring apparel and accessories. Keeping in line with the brand's aesthetic, the interior is lined with warm wooden detailing, backlit display boxes, and the windows spotlight quirky sculptures by British artist Billie Achilleos made of traditional LV-monogrammed bags.
