At the heart of AGSW is AspenOUT, a local non-profit organization dedicated to anti-bullying and tolerance. Since 1996, AspenOUT has been instrumental in producing AGSW, with the aim of funding local programs and supporting national organizations aligned with their mission. By promoting tolerance, understanding, and diversity through education, community action, and service, AspenOUT has been a pillar of support for the LGBTQ+ community in the Roaring Fork Valley and beyond. These sponsors help provide over $275k for LGBTQ+ college scholarships, mental health services both locally and nationally, and grants to smaller grassroots LGBTQ+ nonprofits that often get overlooked for vital funding.
