Pike Place Market is open all year, where visitors can get slapped by a thrown fish, and Seattle Center, the city's entertainment hub, has restaurants, theaters, museums, and the Seattle Opera. The Sky View Observatory gives visitors an excellent view of Seattle's skyline, including the iconic Space Needle.
