Queer P-town knows how to ring in the new year, with its four-day First Light Weekend, with festivities starting Thursday, December 30th. Here are some of the best events on tap. For more details visit the Provincetown Business Guild site.
The Atlantic House, also known as the A-House, is Provincetown's only year-round dance club, which is actually three bars in one: Little Bar (a cruise bar with juke box) - The Macho Bar (Provincetown's original leather and Levi bar) and the Big Room (Provincetown's #1 Dance Club). A-House's First Night party starts Wednesday 12/29 and continues all weekend.
The Crown & Anchor New Year's Eve events and New Year's Day brunch
Friday December 31st 4:30pm-5pm Pedal Ptown Bike Tours presents Light Bright Bike Ride at Provincetown Public Library (15 minutes, 1 mile). Light up your bike for this free community bike parade along Commercial Street! Prizes awarded for creative bike decorating and lighting. At 3PM bike decorating starts at the Public Library. Free, no registration required.

Tammie Brown's Back to The Future Disco Flashback at Pilgrim House Inn features DJ Mary Alice and starts at 11pm Friday, New Year's Eve.
Drag Brunch at Tin Pin Alley with Anita Cocktail, Ivy Leauge, and a special guest 10am and 11:30am both Saturday, January 1st and Sunday, January 2nd.
New Year's Day, Saturday January 1st, the annual Polar Bear Plunge is at 12 noon, followed by warm up and cocktails at Harbor Lounge afterward.

Lesbian singer Suede known for selling out clubs like Boston's Scullers Jazz Club, New York's famous Birdland and being the late, great Joan Rivers' opening act, The Crown & Anchor is thrilled Suede is back home in Provincetown for New Year's Day. Saturday January 1st at 7:30pm.
