This year marked the 40th Gay Softball World Series. The Division A match-up took place in Austin where the Houston Force came in first place, followed by Atlanta Elite in second. It was also the second year that the sporting event was sponsored by Nissan, a company with a perfect 100 on the Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index.
