Frescobol Carioca & Mr. Porter Bring Rio Flare to Long Island

Brazilian-inspired lifestyle brand Frescobol Carioca recently hosted a weekend pop-up at Sunset Beach Hotel in Long Island with Mr. Porter. The two-day event kicked off with a cocktail hour in the hotel's game room, hosted by Mr. Porter US Editor Dan Rookwood. Media, guests, and friends of the brand celebrated with a set by DJ José Padilla, followed by a seated dinner at the Sunset Beach restaurant.

"As such an iconic and fun hotel, Sunset Beach Hotel is regularly visited by our clients and we were therefore delighted to host a weekend in partnership with Mr. Porter for our VICs (Very Important Cariocas)," said Harry Brantly, Founder of Frescobol Carioca.

The pop-up featured pieces from their newest collection, including their hand-crafted frescobol beach bats swim shorts inspired by Copacabana and Ipanema calçadão designs. Select styles will be sold at Sunset Beach Hotel throughout the summer, and are available at Frescobol Carioca and Mr. Porter.
