What the PrideHouseLA TikTok Collective Wants Queer Travelers to Know

Mollee Gray, Jeka Jane, Garrett Clayton, and Kent Boyd talk about living in Los Angeles, how Jeka proposed, and traveling the world while out as LGBTQ+ entertainers.

PrideHouseLA is an LGBTQ+ TikTok collective that provides a safe and inclusive space for members of the queer community. It was founded by four actors/dancers: Mollee Gray (So You Think You Can Dance Season and Disney’s Teen Beach franchise), her trans husband Jeka Jane (Prom, Transparent), Garrett Clayton (The Fosters and YouTube channel A Gay In The Life with Garrett and Blake), Kent Boyd (Teen Beach and runner-up on So You Think You Can Dance Season 7).

The Los Angeles-based foursome all have fans on their own, but as a collective PrideHouseLA gained international attention when Jojo Siwa came out in a video posted on their channel. They currently have more than 2 million likes and over 270,000 followers.

In this Zoom interview with Out Traveler ed chief Jacob Anderson-Minshall, PrideHouseLA members  chat about their careers, living in Los Angeles, traveling the world, how Jeka proposed to Mollee, and why queer travelers should still go places with anti-LGBTQ+ laws.
