Steve Grand to Headline Disneyland Gay Days

Disneyland gets a whole lot gayer this month. The 2016 Gay Days at Disneyland takes place September 30 through October 2 at Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California. The weekend features a scavenger hunt, screenings, and a lesbian ice cream social.

Turn up for Wonderland, a dance party featuring DJ Ray Rhodes and Trixie Matel of RuPaul’s Drag Race. Put on your mouse ears and your glass slippers and hit the dance floor Friday night at Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen.

Enjoy a full day of events for Gay Day, Saturday in the park. After, head over to the ESPN Zone in Downtown Disney for Kingdom, a dance party with music from DJ Roland Blemares and Steve Grand. Leslie Jordan will also perform his hilarious one-man show, Leslie Jordan: Straight Outta Chatanooga.

Put on your swimsuit or your Little Mermaid costume for Plunge!, the Sunday pool party at Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel. DJ Zach Moss will spin while you party with Sebastian and Flounder. Jim Colucci, author of Golden Girls Forever: An Unauthorized Peek Behind the Lanai, will moderate a free panel about the beloved show. Afterward, Alan Cumming will have an intimate conversation with author, Eddie Shapiro about the Emmy and Tony-winning actor’s career.
