Los Angeles - Outfest’s Emerging Leader’s Council, a group of film, TV and art professionals under 30, has announced its third annual ‘Staches & Lashes event will take place at Rudy’s Barbershop in Silver Lake on Saturday, November 21. The pre-holiday fete - which raises awareness and funds for the Outfest Forward educational and mentoring program - will once again feature performer Kelly Mantle.
