Woman Sues Over Gay Porn Shoots in 'Nearly Every Room' After Renting Her Summer Home

A longtime seasonal resident in Martha’s Vineyard decided that this year she was going to rent out her Aquinnah home for the winter, but little did she know that her seaside retreat would be used for a porn shoot. Leah Bassstt claims that “nearly every room” of her summer residence was used to film dozens of porn scenes for Mile High Distribution after it was rented to Joshua Spafford. She is now taking the company to court for failing to disclose that porn actors would plow through her house.

When she returned to the property, she found that it was left in a state of disarray, but how she discovered that it was used for porn is still unclear. According to the Vineyard Gazette she “independently made the highly disturbing discovery that her personal residence had been used during the leasehold for the commercial production of graphic pornography.

Then, she discovered the actual porn films where she watched people doing the deed on top of her dining room table, in her bathrooms, basement, and on the sofa. According to reports, the home was used for over 70 gay porn titles including Schoolboy Fantasies 2, starring Connor Maguire and Ian Levine, and His Son’s Best Friend Volume 1.

In addition to suing over the trauma that she has endured, she is also claiming that the art hanging on the walls that she owns is a copy write infringement.
