Shredded bodybuilders, gym rats, and fitness trainers joined Monday's protests against the military coup in Myanmar. Joining the drag queens and other LGBTQ+ people hitting the streets to demand the release of democratically elected officials, the men bared their chests, and carried signs demanding freedom or displaying catchy mottos like "Love Fitness: Hate Coup," "Take my bench at the gym, but don't take our country," "Don't play with our country, play with us!" and "I hate MAL more than dieting" (the latter referencing military commander Min Aung Hlaing).
