Miami + A feast for the eyes + A calendar littered with events.
For once, we're not talking about White Party Week. Art Basel 2010 kicked off today in Miami Beach for four days of exhibitions from across the world -- and of course bonkers party party parties! As the companion show to Switzerland's Art Basel, the American edition brings together works from more than 2,000 20th- and 21st-century artists presented by the world's leading galleries. For the uninitiated, knowing which shows and soirees not to miss can be a daunting task -- which is why you have us. Check out our list below of some of Art Basel's must-attend public events. And if need to escape SoBe madness, make a break for Miami's Mainland Alternative.
