Jason

All hail, to your new Queer of the Year 2011Jason Wimberly. After proving he has sex appeal, personality, community involvement, a healthy lifestyle, and talent he has been crowned Queen, oh sorry, top Queer thanks to Tourisme Montreal.

And just what did it take to win the crown? Skip the jump to see videos of the day-by-day shenanigans of the QOTY 2011 contest that was held during Montreal Pride.

DAY 01:

It all started on when the 6 finalists landed in Montreal and moved into their fancy loft that was theirs for the week.

DAY 02:

Finalists got their raunchy on in a hot photo shoot to prove they had sex appeal.

DAY 03:

To confirm they had a healthy lifestyle finalists sliced the ice, rode the track and thrusted their way to top spot.

DAY 04:

Everyone has their own personality so finalists used their creative side to show it off.

DAY 05:

You ain’t got talent unless you can cook up a storm in the kitchen.

DAY 06:

Finalists got a little sentimental when describing why Pride Parades are so important to them.

DAY 07:

Jason was announced winner, and to the Montreal Pride Parade they go, dancing away on -- on a fire truck, natureally.
