New Auto-Airport Kiosks Clean Glasses and Jewelry for $3 Bucks

Those who need glasses or contacts know the struggles that come from a long flight. Either wear your contacts and irritate and dry out your eyes or wear your glasses. Walking through Terminal 4 at JFK, we were intrigued by a new machine that promised to kill 99% of bacteria and get your glasses completely clean (a problem that seems no one has ever solved). Opticwash costs $3 and it will automatically clean glasses (jewelry or a water-proof smartphone) in around 2 minutes. The end result though, were glasses that felt brand-new, perfect for a movie marathon. 

The machine drew quite a crowd, so if you’re introverted you may want to skip.
