While there is still a chill in the air, you may want to warm up with this awesome bowl of pho that is making stomachs explode. Dong Thap Noodles in Seattle is serving a bowl that is being called “the Biggest Bowl of Pho in the World,” and with a gallon of noodles, broth, herbs, and meat, they’re not lying.
It takes a long time for the restaurant to prepare enough food for anxiously waiting diners. The Vietnamese soup’s ingredients are all prepared fresh daily—including the rice noodles.
The price, $40 a bowl, is well worth it as it includes four pounds of meat, four pounds of noodles, and four liters of broth (which comprises scallions, onions, and cilantro).
If you can finish the bowl within an hour, though we’re sure your stomach won’t appreciate it, the restaurant hands out $100 prize.
