Hangzhou Tourism Commission (HTCs) is offering one lucky New Yorker the opportunity to have two original photos featured on 20,000 limited edition MetroCards set to be distributed at Grand Central Terminal and downtown’s World Trade Center Station in August.

What can make this contest even more enticing? This person will capture these photos on an all-expense paid trip to Hangzhou this summer!
