The Human Rights Campaign, the nation's largest LGBT equality organization, released their annual Corporate Equality Index this week. The CEI ranks companies' LGBT-inclusive qualities, weighing whether they provide health benefits to same-sex partners of employees, if they protect customers and workers from sexual orientation and gender identity discrimination, and considering if they provide bereavement leave and adoption benefits for LGBT employees, to name just a few criteria.
This year's list included 366 businesses with a perfect, 100 percent score on HRC's list, earning the title "Best Places to Work for LGBT Equality." Companies like Facebook, Apple, Xerox, and Yelp all scored 100s, but so did numerous airlines, hotel chains, and resorts. It's reassuring to know that our options are far from limited when it comes time to choose where to stay on vacation and how we'll get there. Here were the travel companies with perfect scores:
