Chicago is blessed enough to have two gay-themed summer events: June's Pride and August's Market Days. The latter, held this weekend, doesn't have the parade or the politics; just partying. A two-day festival sponsored by the Northalsted Business Alliance, Market Days gets people out on the street, eating, drinking, dancing, and simply enjoying Boystown (our favorite gay neighborhood at the moment).
The 33rd Market Days featured performances by Aaron Carter, Belinda Carlisle, Deborah Cox, Neon Trees, and out singer Steve Grand. See video and pics of the party below.
