The Cromwell's rooms are as tasteful as its exterior — both a big improvement from Bill's Gamblin' Hall & Saloon, which previously occupied the space.

After a $185 million renovation, Bill's Gamblin' Hall & Saloon has been transformed into The Cromwell, which welcomed guests for the first time on Wednesday. The Cromwell is another symbol of Vegas's move into the upscale realm and away from penny slots and $3.99 steak dinners.
