Before the clock strikes twelve, the hotel chef sends a number of treats to the room, including chocolate-covered strawberries and a magnum bottle of Champagne. A minimum of three nights is required (with check in Dec. 30 or earlier), with bookings available by calling 212-445-1445 and speaking with Carol Pernot.
