New York City Hotel Pride Special

This just in ... The folks at the fabulous Morgans Hotel Group -- consisting of the Hudson, the Morgans, and the Royalton -- emailed us with their NYC special Pride rates. (Be sure to check the 'fine print' below.)

The rates offered start at $179 for the Hudson, $229 for the Morgans, and $259 for the Royalton, which are Picture 2  terrific deals for these properties. The Hudson is a huge property though the rooms can be quite small. Not to worry since you'll probably spend more time in the incredibly cool public areas, including their outdoor courtyard bar/lounge, and the indoor Hudson Bar with its cool lighting and furniture, pictured here.

The Morgans is in mid-town and boasts a lovely little jewel-box bar in the basement that is super subtle (no markings on door) and a perfect place for a cocktail with other hotel guests and in-the-know locals. The Royalton is the poshest of these three and has a buzzy, see-and-be-seen bar/lounge at the entrance level.

If this special intrigues you, click on the links above to book as soon as possible. Once the rooms at these rates are gone, that's it!

*There's always fine print!

  • Valid June 19, 2010 through June 30, 2010
  • Book by June 6, 2010
  • Based upon availability. Not applicable for group reservations. Cannot be combined with other offers.

Escape from Pride

If NYC Pride starts overwhelming you, check out the new Walkway over the Hudson, a breathtaking new pedestrian-only bridge 1.28 miles long, 212 feet above the Hudson about 80 miles north of New York City, that is pictured below. (Image courtesy Walkway over the Hudson.) Walk across and get an impression of hovering in air. Drive or hop on a Metro North train to Poughkeepsie.
