Glitterbomb February: Priscilla Package at the Jumeirah Essex House

Gay NYC - Priscilla Queen of the Desert Package - Jumeirah Essex House

Whether you think Valentine’s Day is the most romantic or most depressing time of year, one thing is never debatable: seeing drag queens is always awesome.

In a house, with a mouse, here or there, everywhere! (Pardon, we're still on our Drag Race buzz from last night.) But especially in a New York City Broadway musical based on an Australian movie all about the sparkly female impersonators. And while staying in one of the swankiest hotels in the City that Never Sleeps while chomping on a fabulous drag queen cookie.

What you talkin' 'bout Cupid?

The show: You know the one; it might have even been your root... Priscilla, Queen of the Desert! Presented by Better Midler.

The hotel: The beyond-luxurious Jumeirah Essex House on Central Park South.

And the cookie: Well, we’re not sure but it sounds delicious.

For the entire month of February, Jumeirah Essex House is offering a one-night stay in a recently renovated Standard King, two premium tickets to the show (the Palace Theatre is a breezey 10-minute stroll away), and “a sparkly Priscilla-themed confection specially delivered to your room," all for $605, inclusive of tax.

Guests can also book an option three-course pre-theater dinner for two at South Gate, the hotel’s award-winning restaurant, for just $35 per person (plus beverages, tax and gratuity).

That's A Fine Romance as we've ever heard.
