As chef/owner of six restaurants in Copenhagen, including the Michelin-starred Kiin Kiin (one of only two Thai restaurants in the world with that honor), Henrik Yde-Andersen, along with his partner Lertchai Treetawatchaiwong, is a culinary king of the city.
