The best-known and probably best boutique hotel in Tel Aviv makes its home in a refurbished 1922 (pre-Bauhaus) building in a happening part of town, and its swish French-Vietnamese restaurant is one of the most popular in the city. "It's great for breakfast," Lider says. "There's also a beautiful bar with good drinks."
