Pride (June 18-26) is many things: inspiring, frenetic, sweaty, multi-cultural, massive, sexy, and above all, chock-a-block with activities both official and satellite. But even if we end up skipping the parade or the Pier Dance, we never miss the chance to get down 'n' dirty with Broadway Bares, the wham-bam-thank-you-ma?am burlesque show and strip-a-thon that has raised over $7.5 million for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS since its 1992 debut.
