Gourmet Dehydrated Meal Creator Good To-Go Introduces New Breakfast Hash

Gourmet dehydrated food brand Good To-Go's Breakfast Hash now available

The new breakfast offering is available now online and at retailers soon.

Gourmet dehydrated meal brand Good To-Go has added a new breakfast meal to its pantry of quick and delicious meals. Acclaimed Chef and founder Jennifer Scism used simple and clean ingredients like butternut squash, spinach, carrots, feta, onions, and garlic to create Good To-Go’s new hearty and healthy Breakfast Hash.

Good To-Go’s Breakfast Hash is available now online and in retail stores soon.

The new meal comes in a single serving for $8.60 and packs 11 grams of protein and 360 calories. Scism designed the new Breakfast Hash to be substantial enough as a stand-alone breakfast in the backcountry or to pair with bacon and eggs while car camping. Like all Good To-Go meals, it’s also perfect for a quick and tasty working lunch at your desk.

“A tasty, healthy, fuel-filled breakfast just starts the day off right,” Jennifer Scism, Good To-Go’s Chef + Founder, said in a statement. “I’ve created our new savory Breakfast Hash to ensure you’re ready for whatever adventure lies ahead.”

Other Good To-Go dehydrated gourmet meal packets that have been trail tested and recommended by Out Traveler writers include the Mushroom Risotto with basil pesto, the Cuban Rice Bowl with black beans, plantain, and rice with garlic crema sauce, the Mexican Quinoa Bowl with butternut squash and black beans in a mole poblano sauce, and the simply outstanding Vietnamese-style Chicken Pho.

Good To-Go was founded in 2014 by Scism to elevate the expectation of trail food. Scism is an award-winning chef and long-time co-owner of Annisa, a Michelin-rated restaurant in New York’s Greenwich Village. Her team from Annisa beat Mario Batali on the TV Food Network’s Iron Chef program.
