You Can Own Norman Mailer's Provincetown Home

The children of late writer, New York City mayoral candidate, and Village Voice founder Norman Mailer are selling the Provincetown home their father died in.

The 83-year-old house was purchased by the Pulitzer-Prize winning writer in 1986 and he spent the last 21 years of his life there. It sits on Commercial Street, hub of Provincetown action, and features five bedrooms, four and a half baths, and a huge deck facing the Atlantic. Recently, workshops and programs were run out of the 5,800 square foot residence, but those moved to Mailer's apartment in Brooklyn.
