P-Town’s Original Weed Drag Show Returns for a Cannabis-Infused 4/20 Celebration

In celebration of every stoner’s favorite day of the year, Provincetown’s original weed drag show returns to The Crown & Anchor for its third year with an all-new cannabis-infused experience just in time for 4/20.

CDXX Henny - The Legend of the Ganja Goddesses lingers at the hazy intersection of the art and expression of drag and some totally stonerific storytelling. The Crown’s resident headliner Mackenzie stars as Indica Jones, a bright but clumsy scholar and explorer, who sets out on an Indiana Jones-esque adventure to find the Ganja Goddesses and unlock their power to restore peace, love, and weed to the world. CDXX Henny - The Legend of the Ganja Goddesses takes place April 20, 21, and 22 at The Crown & Anchor.

“4/20 Henny is a celebration of the things I love most,” Mackenzie said in a statement provided to Out Traveler. “My love of performing, drag, and cannabis, as well as the opportunity to share the stage with so many friends and local Ptown performers.”

Mackenzie will be joined on stage by Qya Cristál, Joáo Santos, Spookey, Delta Miles, Roxy Pops, Austin Tyler, Morgan Sapphire, Anne Hutchinson, Hilarie Tamar, Abby Cummings, and others.

To ensure your 4/20 weekend goes up in smoke the gay way, The Crown & Anchor will be “going green” the entire weekend with a “Weed Fair” at the Wave Bar, a special late-night “munchie menu” at the restaurant, and Mackenzie’s Hot Box after-party each night after the show.
