Looking to tie the knot in a welcoming and affirming wedding destination but don’t know which city to choose?

The romance experts at the Shane Co., the country’s largest privately owned jewelry retailer, have taken the guesswork out of your decision with its recent list of the top cities in the U.S. to hold your LGBTQ+ wedding. They used 12 different rankings from the number of LGBTQ-friendly accommodations to local hate crime laws to rank cities from across the country, and the experts came up with some surprising results.

California tops the list with four different cities in the top 10, although one or two might surprise readers. Florida has two cities. No other state has more than one. And the top city for LGBTQ+ weddings in the U.S. also happens to be a favorite of straight lovebirds as well.
