On the Red Carpet with HIV Hero at the HMI Emery Awards (Watch)

The Hetrick-Martin Institute recently celebrated the 2016 Emery Awards. The annual gala honors those supporting HMI’s mission to create safe environments for young people of all sexual orientations and identities to succeed.

Michael Cavnaugh of HIVHero.org reported from the red carpet to talk to some of the supporters of HMI. George Takei, Edie Windsor, Miss J, Marti Gold Cummings, Andy Bell, and the ladies of Orange is the New Black stopped by to talk about the Emery Awards, HIV support, and what the Trump administration means for our community.
