Tomorrowland Opens Its First U.S. Boutique
New York City's SoHo gets a stylish import from Japan.
It’s a fashionable invasion! Menswear powerhouse Tomorrowland is already a hit in Japan, but its first highly-anticipated U.S. boutique is just opening this week.
The new SoHo location incorporates the brand’s men’s and women’s collections, and includes a curated selection of niche apparel, accessories, and lifestyle brands from around the world.
The space accentuates Japanese craftsmanship and incorporates a clever mix of materials that reflect the Tomorrowland’s appreciation for authenticity and quality. The interior, which is approximately 3,500 square feet, plays with the dichotomy of timelessness and modernity, featuring brass, wood, glass, stone, and marble.
“Our goal has always been to be an international company, and this year felt like the perfect time to expand to the U.S.” said Tomorrowland founder Mr. Hiroyuki Sasaki, “It was an organic development and a very natural progression for the brand.”
In addition to its in-house collections, Tomorrowland has teamed up with international menswear brands, including Acne Studios, Dries van Noten, Golden Goose, James Perse, and WANT Les Essentiels, to sell pieces from their collections at the SoHo store.
Tomorrowland 476 Broome Street, NY, NY. Open 11AM-7PM Mon– Sat; 12-6PM Sun. Tomorrowland.Co.Jp
