We're all guilty of having a sweet tooth.

Sugar Wood is New York City’s viral queer-owned, sex-positive dessert brand known for selling variety of “naughty” waffles, cookies, chocolates and other treats.

Founder Austin Allan defied all odds by opening Sugar Wood and fought "taboo" stereotypes by creating X-rated sweets that have created opportunities for minorities including LGBTQ+, women and BIPOC.

By creating desserts that celebrate sex, the human body, gender and sexuality, Sugar Wood has become a must-visit experience for NYC locals and tourists alike.

As a member of the Out100 in 2022, Austin Allan is now expanding Sugar Wood by launching an equity crowdfunding campaign on Republic.com, a leading equity crowdfunding platform.

Through the platform, users can invest in companies and keep up the demand for Sugar Wood product across the US and help grow their new e-commerce business.
