With cold weather at our doorstep, it's time to think of a winter getaway. And Québec City, featured in our current issue, is the perfect winter wonderland. With a white Christmas guaranteed and a little bit of Europe close to home, Québec has a lot to offer to the enterprising traveler.
Stay at the gay-owned Le Chateau du Faubourg and visit the Musée des Beaux-Arts. Or take advantage of the icy weather to ride Les Glissades de la Terrasse, an iced toboggan slide. Though a 21st century city, you only need to step into Vieux-Québec to discover quaint cobbled streets and horse-drawn carriages.
