Gay Agenda: Interpenetration by Slava Mogutin

A classic cum shot, a discarded jockstrap in a sink, bondage gear -- your typical Friday night or fine art? You be the judge. Russian exile and in-your-face New York City poet-turned-photographer Slava Mogutin (think of him as a randier, gay Boris Mikhailov), along with his partner in love and art, former go-go boy Brian Kenny (together known as art duo Superm) present Interpenetration, a collection of photos and drawings at Ottawa's Le Petite Mort Gallery starting this Labor Day Weekend

According to the gallery: “This exhibition is a physical intersection of separate bodies of work addressing the give-and-take dynamic of Mogutin and Kenny as artists and lovers; as a power exchange of dominance and submission (wrestling, S+M, cock fighting) and the referencing of “cock” as both male organ and bird."

Full details and a preview of the exhibition after the jump.
