Who's the fairest of them all? Snow White's Evil Queen makes a comeback on YouTube.
One of the major attractions of Disneyland, which recently celebrated its 58th anniversary, is the bevy of actors that bring Disney’s most memorable characters to life. Chip and Dales, fairytale princesses, and other fanciful creations walk the grounds and pose for photos, in order to provide a more memorable and immersive experience for its guests.
However, one character may be outshining her peers — as well as some of the guests. The Evil Queen, the villain of Disney’s Snow White, set on becoming the fairest in the land, recently went crown-to-crown in real time with Harold Galvez, one of the park’s patrons.
In a YouTube video posted in April 2012, Galvez locks eyes with the Evil Queen and states, “I said I’m the Queen here."
“He wishes,” the Evil Queen retorts, then points out that the only crown he owns is in his mouth.
This is not the first time this character and her sassy commentary have made headlines. Another YouTube user posted a video in 2010 of the Evil Queen’s response to the question of a little girl, who asked if she was still jealous of Snow White.
“You think I would be jealous of that? Really?,” asked the Queen, who appears to be the same actress. “With my natural beauty, not a drop of makeup on my face… And that one with all that lipstick and rouge. Do you think I’m jealous of her?” Watch the videos below.
