The four-star New York Hilton Midtown, with 1,985 rooms, just completed the first-phase of a multi-million dollar transformation.
The biggest hotel in the Big Apple is in the midst of a huge renovation, and the first phase of the upgrade just wrapped. The windows in each of the nearly 2,000 rooms of the New York Hilton Midtown were transformed to better accentuate the thrilling views of the city. Other improvements include a new reception area, improved lighting design, new stone flooring, renovated bathrooms with vanities and illuminated mirrors, new work spaces, and 55'' flat screen TVs. The grand ballroom, the city's largest, is getting a facelift that finishes later this year. The entire renovation program completes in 2016.
