The Venetian and The Palazzo Las Vegas play host to winemakers and 10 Master Chefs of France this October.
On October 7, The Venetian and The Palazzo in Las Vegas plays host to ten Master Chefs of France (or Maître Cuisinier de France, if you prefer) plus world-renowned winemakers for Love and Vine, a spectacular poolside affair where guests will enjoy exciting French vintages paired with exquisite bites in honor of the fall crush. Chefs participating in the event include:
Thomas Bellec: Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel, Beverly Hills
Olivier Dubreuil: executive chef of The Venetian and The Palazzo
Jean-Louis Dumonet: The Union Club of the City of New York, New York
Bernard Guillas, La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club and Marine Room Restaurant, La Jolla
Jean Joho: Everest, Chicago
Claude Le-Tohic: Claude Le-Tohic, San Francisco
Fabrice Marcon: Left Bank Restaurant, Larkspur, California
Roland Passot: La Folie, San Francisco
David Werly: Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas
All-inclusive tickets for the event cost $104.58 each or $185.72 for two and are on sale through the Venetian box office or online.
