Mouthfeel Takes a Taste of the West Coast

The hip, gay foodie publications hosts events in Vancouver, Portland, San Francisco and Los Angeles. (And, you're invited.)

Our friends over at Mouthfeel Magazine, the subversive food and art magazine written from a gay, punk perspective, kicked off its West Coast “Heavy Hearts” tour last night at Vancouver’s The Boxcar (photos below.) As part of the tour, Mouthfeel will also make stops in three other cities with hosted events that feature DJs, specialty food, cocktails and other goodies (like a copy of their second issue.)

Says Mac Malikowski, Mouthfeel’s founder and eye-candy-in-chief (photo below), “We wanted to show off the magazine’s full-package to the region that inspired it. We’re working with our favorite subjects from the issue to throw a series of free, down to earth parties from Canada to California. All events are open to the public and guaranteed to get you laid.”

Here’s the full schedule:

Portland, Ore.: Saturday, January 30, 8pm – 11pm at The Cleaners Ace Hotel Portland (403 SW 10th Ave.)
San Francisco: Saturday, February 6, 7pm – 10pm at Hearth Coffee Roasters (3895 17th Street)
Los Angeles: Sunday, February 14, 9pm – 1am at Ace Hotel Downtown LA (929 S. Broadway)
