While he and his partner were scoping out spots in Mexico for their retirement, Tom Ayers of Houston came upon this hidden café on the side streets of San Miguel de Allende. “It’s a great colonial city to visit, since it’s so remote, but there were too many Americans living in the town for us to want to retire there,” Ayers says with laugh. “This photo is how the whole town looks—filled with vibrant, rich colors.”

Send Us Your Souvenirs
We at The Out Traveler would like to print your travel photos in the magazine and online. If there are images of your friends, family, and lovers, we may need to have you send paperwork in order for us to reproduce your photos.

To have your photos appear in the magazine, we need either high-resolution color scans (300 dpi), or you can send copies of your photos. Please do not send originals, since we may not be able to return them to you.

Send your images and questions to souvenir@outtraveler.com
