Spring 2007 | Mykonos, Greece

While wandering the winding maze of streets in Mykonos this past September, John Goldman and friend happened upon this scene one late afternoon on the gay-popular Greek isle. ?We came to a shaded square in front of a small chapel, and this very attractive guy, who looked like a local in a place where there are so many tourists, noticed us." Goldman seized upon the opportunity. ?I raised my camera to take his picture, and he smiled. I suddenly felt welcome in his personal space, and took his picture," he says. ?I think a photo of a smile is a wonderful travel souvenir."
